Exchange of results - (exams, degrees and other assessments) - information for students

“Result exchange” is a digital service that makes it possible for Norwegian Universities and University colleges to access your educational results from other higher education institutions in Norway.

What does “Result exchange” do?

When applying for studies at a university or university college, you have to document that you meet their criteria for admission. If you use “Result exchange”, the university or university college can access documentation of your results from other universities and university colleges in the system, sparing you the task of providing the documentations yourself.

Who is “Result exchange” for?

“Result exchange” is relevant for those who are applying for admission to studies on the basis of grades obtained at an higher education institution in Norway, e.g. a bachelor’s degree, or if you are applying for approval of education from an higher education institution in Norway.

Not all institutions are using this service

Exchanging results is possible between Universities and University colleges using the study administration system Felles Studentsystem (FS). The system is used by most Norwegian universities and university colleges, except Norwegian Business School (Handelshøyskolen BI).
